DevInfo Kenya web portal is a web-based information portal designed to provide you with a virtual forum in which visitors can both access and share information about social development initiatives in Kenya.
2. Is DevInfo Kenya available in other languages?
Currently DevInfo Kenya is only available in English, although there are plans to make it available in Kiswahili in the near future.
3. How much traffic does DevInfo Kenya receive?
DevInfo Kenya is still in its infancy. We believe within a year we will be receiving more than 500 visitors a day.
4. Who is the target audience of the DevInfo Kenya service?
DevInfo Kenya seeks to provide pertinent and current information to non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, donor organizations and individuals interested in development-related initiatives in Kenya.
5. What are the main features and services offered by DevInfo Kenya?
In the DevInfo virtual forum visitors will be able to access information concerning:
- A directory of NGOs, academic institutions, donor organizations and individuals associated with social development in Kenya
- A directory of consultants offering services to development organizations
- Local and regional job opportunities
- Event bulletins (conferences, meetings, training opportunities - local and regional)
- Local and regional training events
- Projects (ongoing and future) undertaken by development organizations
- Funding opportunities for project funding

Within the DevInfo virtual forum, contributors will also be able to post information concerning:

6. How frequently is DevInfo Kenya updated?
The information on DevInfo Kenya is updated on a daily basis. E-mailed or submitted information from contributors is normally available within 24 hours.
7. Can I receive email updates?
Yes. Simply subscribe as a Member and provide your email address. You can then choose which service you would like to subscribe for.
8. How can I contribute/submit information to DevInfo Kenya?
There are two ways you can submit information to the DevInfo Kenya portal. The preferred way is to use our submission forms which are available on the home page. You can also e-mail your information to support@devinfo-kenya.org. (Please use the same format as the submission forms)
9. What technology does DevInfo Kenya use?
Devinfo Kenya uses proprietary web-design software and is powered by an Access database.
