  • Public High School [Confidential] (2007) - Conducted a situation assessment, involving more than 20 stakeholders, including administration, teachers and the union, to ascertain root causes of ongoing interpersonal and intergroup conflicts. Identified key issues and emerging themes and recommended approaches to improving communication, relationships, and conflict management among the departmental members.

  • New York City Police Department (2007) - At the invitation of the Immigration Coordinator of the New York Police Department, facilitated a meeting for 21 West African Leaders.  The goal of the meeting was to have leaders recognize the potential and real impact of ongoing infighting among them and their communities in working with the police and other service providers, and the potential for steps to create working relationships.  The outcome of the meetings was a commitment of the rival Liberian groups to participate in a conflict resolution process.

  • Liberian Leaders Conflict Resolution Process (2007) - Facilitated multi-party conflict resolution sessions for disputing leaders within the Liberian Diaspora community, centering on issues of legitimate leadership and a contested election.
